Terms of Service
These terms establish a transparent, fair relationship between you and Masari. We believe in clear guidelines without hidden clauses or hostile legalese.
Last Modified: August 19, 2026 · Valid across all Masari web and mobile experiences
Real Proof of Work
Be honest. You are solely responsible for accuracy. Falsifying skill records or credentials leads to suspension.
You Own Your Work
You retain full copyright and ownership of any code, designs, and project files you submit on Masari.
Institutional Authority
Hub administrators verify badges and credentials on behalf of accredited schools, colleges, and employers.
1. Agreement & Platform Overview
Masari provides verified living resumes, collaboration workspaces, project rooms, skill computation algorithms, and institutional Hub services. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered student members, faculty managers, and enterprise employer partners.
2. Account Registration & Security
To access core platform features, you must authenticate via verified email OTP or your school-assigned identifier. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials. You agree to notify Masari immediately upon learning of any unauthorized access.
3. Skill Ledger & Credential Authenticity
All skill scores, activity entries, and credential statuses are calculated from real-world platform engagement. Self-attested credentials are explicitly labeled. Attempting to artificially inflate scores, submit plagiarized assignments, or bypass verification mechanisms constitutes immediate breach of contract.
4. Acceptable Use & Member Conduct
You agree not to: (a) harass, abuse, or discriminate against members; (b) distribute viruses, worms, or malicious code; (c) scrape, harvest, or crawl the platform with automated scripts without official API authorization; or (d) post unsolicited commercial advertising.
5. Intellectual Property & License Grant
You retain all intellectual property rights in your submitted work. By posting public profile data and living resumes, you grant Masari a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and format your skills data strictly to provide the service to you and prospective employers.
6. Organization Hubs & Institutional Roles
Hub owners and admins warrant that they are authorized representatives of the respective educational institution or enterprise. Hub managers are solely responsible for credential issuance approvals, course grading, and cohort invitations.
7. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability & Termination
Masari is provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. You may close your account at any time through account settings. Masari reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards.
